About Advantage REC Inc.
Advantage REC Inc. was started in Central Florida in the fall of 2003. The
company was 1st established as a Residential & Commercial Real Estate entity.
The residential side known as "Advantage Realty of Lakeland", and the commercial
side operated under the same namesake.
Today, with a considerable amount of growth in the Commercial side, Richard Castret,
Broker has taken full ownership of the corporation and decided to split the Residential
Side from the Commercial Side and operate the Commercial side under the corporate
name "Advantage REC Inc."
In doing so it is his intention to recruit highly skilled Commercial Professionals
to further the growth of the already established Commercial side of the business.
Advantage REC Inc. will be servicing all types of commercial needs. Sales and
Purchasing of Land, Buildings and Operating Businesses as well as Property
Management Services. No customer is to Large, No customer is to small.
As a growth oriented Company we look forward to working with you the customer
